Step 1
Assume a hands-and-feet support position
Avoid lifting too high, relax arms and legs as much as possible
Step 2
Rock your body from side to side
Shift your body weight to one side at a time
Step 3
Bring your knees alternately towards your elbows
Now you are ready to start walking!
Step 4
Walk forward by alternating legs and arms on each side
Walk backward using the reverse motion
