Breathing

Breathing is a vitally important process for all of us but we are seldom aware of how we breathe or if our breathing is effective or not or if it can be improved.
But breathing is the key to relaxation wich is the basis of health and is the main way to get rid of existing chronic diseases such as asthma, high blood pressure, hypertension, problems with the throat, lungs, stomach, and much more.


Besides, when a person is relaxed, he or she is able to make effective decisions in any extreme situation.
