Feet massage with Figure 8

In this video, I will show you how to perform a foot massage using a ball and a massage roller.

To perform the massage, I will use the Figure 8 technique from Systema Coronel Maksimtsov with the legs (movement up and down in two directions), a ball, and a massage roller.

The ball can be a tennis ball. I use a solid ball, which is somewhat harder and more resistant than a tennis ball.

The roller is made of wood, and its shape is suitable for massaging the soles of the feet.

This massage will not only provide you a massage to the soles of your feet, but it will also help you improve your posture, symmetry, balance, and agility, leading to an overall improvement in your health.
