Are you one of those who set goals with great enthusiasm every year only to see them fade away over time? In reality, it’s common for New Year’s resolutions to be forgotten, mainly because they tend to be too general and lack a concrete plan to achieve them. It’s easy to say we want to lose weight, save more money, or learn a new language, but without a specific focus and defined actions, those goals become difficult to achieve.

However, having challenges and meeting them is essential for our personal growth. Challenges motivate us to push our limits, develop new skills, and reach our full potential. By facing challenges, we learn to persevere in adversity, improve our resilience, and strengthen our self-confidence. Each challenge overcome gives us a sense of accomplishment and drives us forward, paving the way for a more successful and fulfilling future.

I propose a challenge for you this year: Cover 20 meters with the Kazachok.

Completing this challenge will provide you, among others, with the following benefits:

Physical exercise: Kazachok is a vigorous exercise that requires fast movements, jumps, and spins. Practicing it regularly can improve cardiovascular endurance, strengthen muscles, and enhance flexibility.

How to achieve it?

Step 1: Learn the movement correctly, start slowly and with a short distance of 1 meter.

Step 2: Go for 5 meters forward.

Step 3: Go for 10 meters forward and backward.

Step 4: Go for 20 meters forward and backward.
